Components of an Operational Plan
The learner should not regard the operational plan as necessarily one document. It may instead be a collection of documents although, of course, these individual documents may be bound into one volume. There will however be one document that is the centre piece of the operational plan and this document is referred to here as a "Schedule of Resource Allocation".
